You can join a Toastmasters Club (preferably ours, of course) by (1) attending a meeting [Mondays, 12 noon to 1 pm, 1140 West Wood Street, Willows, CA]; (2) paying required dues; (3) being voted in; and (4) continuing to attend and participate.  The cost of dues varies dependent upon (1) whether you have ever been an official member of a Toastmasters Club and (2) when you join (monthly dues are prorated).  For information, call the Bureau of Reclamation office in Willows at 530-934-7066 and ask to speak to one of the Toastmasters members there.
